We'll make the Democratic Party the strongest it's been in decades.
Faith, we all saw Trump's dumpster fire of an administration take office this week. But today, I'm thinking about an even bigger issue than Trump himself.
How did the Democratic Party get to the place where we actually lost to someone like Donald Trump – not once, but twice – and how do we fix it?
There are many answers to this question. I keep coming back to some big ones:
1. Democrats have failed at effectively communicating our message.
2. Our party has prioritized consultants and big donors over working people.
3. Young people have been sidelined instead of elevated in the discussion.
We can change this, Faith. I'm running for Vice Chair of the Democratic National Committee to help lead the fight to transform our party for the better.
We're going to make the Democratic Party the strongest it's been in over half a century. And we're going to elect young people across the country to lead the way. But we can only do it together – that's why your grassroots support matters.
We may not have billionaires like Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg on our side, but I've seen firsthand how regular people can come together to make a difference. But it takes a lot of us. That's why we need you, Faith – we can't do this alone.
Will you split a $5 contribution to my campaign for DNC Vice Chair and Leaders We Deserve to revitalize our party and elect the leaders of tomorrow?
