Dry ice evaporates during shipping, but if there is any dry ice remaining, handle it carefully with gloves and let it dissipate outdoors. | 2 | Confirm Your Order is Correct Check your order number and the item list on the shipping label - make sure all of the boxes in your cooler match the order. *Also, you may notice that the name on the boxes doesn't always match the name on the shipping label. For example, Beef Tenderloin is the same as Filet Mignon. | 3 | Transfer All of the Boxes to the Freezer For best results, store all of your Omaha Steaks products in their original packaging in your freezer below 32F until you are ready to prepare them. | Not home? Don't worry. The contents in your cooler will remain frozen and in perfect condition for the next few hours.
