Your sizing kit and Oura Ring are processed as two separate orders. If you chose to receive a sizing kit, you will receive a separate order number for that item.
How do I confirm my size?
After you find your perfect fit using the Oura sizing kit, you can confirm your ring size by visiting ouraring.com/my-account.
When will I get my Oura Ring?
Your Oura Ring will be delivered 1-2 weeks from when you confirm your ring size.
How do I make changes to my order?
To make changes to your order, start a conversation with our virtual assistant, Finn, here. If your issue cannot be resolved, you'll be connected with a member of our team.
What is Oura's return and exchange policy?
You may return or exchange your fully functional and undamaged Oura Ring for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order (i.e., the day you receive your ring in the mail) for a refund or exchange.
