| Dear Judge Cannon, The rules are clear – you are ineligible to preside over Jack Smith’s criminal case against Donald J. Trump. 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals: Any judge shall disqualify themself when“the trial judge has engaged in conduct that gives rise to the appearance of impropriety or a lack of impartiality in the mind of a reasonable member of the public.” Your loyalty to Trump clearly shows that you must be removed from this trial. - Trump appointed you to the federal bench.
- You are publicly attacking Special Counsel Jack Smith.
- You are manipulating the rules to help Trump win.
- You are delaying the case so the Supreme Court can grant Trump Presidential immunity.
- You have ruled in favor of Trump multiple times - legal experts even called your rulings “audacious and even lawless.”
That’s why I’m sending this letter along with 9,999 other Virginia voters to prove overwhelming support for your removal from Trump’s case.
