There's something I'd like to share with you today. For the last 8 years, our only and major focus has been building a portfolio of hot beverages as a category, the finest and freshest teas from India.
It seems like we missed a big opportunity, that is, catering to a market and TG solely thriving on iced teas, coolers, sodas, and RTDs. We had a few special ones and the best-selling iced teas but we never really focused on promoting the same until recently, when we conducted customer research and several people like you, our loyal customers, actually helped us realize the potential of this category. Better late than never. Our NPD team did a solid one I'd say, and immediately took it upon themselves. Led by Ketan Desai, our Chief Educator meticulously worked to test out some of the great flavors that we'd never tested before. After 8 months, strong industry research, customer surveys, several tea-tasting sessions, rejections, failures, and lab tests, we're FINALLY READY FOR IT.
I am thrilled to share with you our latest addition to the ICED TEA family. And, like always, I want you to be the first to know them and try them out.
