Let me tell you something. I love Missouri this time of year.
There's a lot to look forward to — between the changing leaves, Chiefs games, and fall festivals. But really it's the people who make our state so great.
I grew up in a working-class neighborhood in mid-Missouri. When medical bills bankrupted my family, and while my parents were working every day to provide and care for us, the Missourians in our community helped us through.
They took my siblings and me into their homes while my parents were away at the hospital with my littlest sister, they brought more food by the house than we could ever hope to eat, and eventually they helped me go to college. I joined the Marine Corps to honor everything they had done for my family through that time.
They made me proud to be a born-and-raised Missourian — and I'm ready to fight for real working families across our state in the U.S. Senate. But I'm up against Josh Hawley, who famously treats Missouri like flyover country and has national insiders spending MILLIONS of dollars to tear me down in this election.
So I have to ask: Will you join my grassroots movement to take this Senate seat back for real, everyday Missourians by chipping in $10 or whatever you can to my campaign today?
