From knocking on doors for our candidates in Texas to broadcasting our vision on The Daily Show, I've had a busy few weeks. With the election so close – and some of these races likely decided by just a handful of votes – we need to leave it all on the field. We don't want to wake up on November 6th wishing we had done more.
Faith, Leaders We Deserve has already accomplished some big things. Just last year, we elected Nadarius Clark, the youngest member of the Virginia Legislature.
And earlier this year, we helped Molly Cook win a special election AND a primary in Texas, making her the youngest and first LGBTQ+ state senator in Texas history.
After November 5th, that list can be much longer. We can elect a whole slate of young progressive candidates who will fight for the issues that matter most.
But we can only keep backing these campaigns in this final stretch with the support of this grassroots team. Our $75,000 goal is critically important – it will determine how much we can do in these last days to fuel Democratic victories.
