I just made a tough call.
We've seen millions upon millions spent on TV and digital ads across the Commonwealth in the effort to defeat Bob Casey. That's why today I approved new digital ads before we had the money in our budget.
This is risky, but it's necessary to compete with David McCormick and his Wall Street backers. And even though it was a tough call, I know that this team will step up and help us raise the funds we need today. This team has always come through when we need it most.
