The truth is, defending this Senate seat isn't only about ensuring we can keep fighting for Pennsylvania families in Washington, as important as that is.
This is also the race that could decide if Democrats hold our Senate majority. We know that, and David McCormick and Donald Trump know it, too.
It is hard to understate the stakes: Social Security, Medicare, and Medicaid, women's rights, workers' rights, the right to vote, and more are on the line if Republicans flip the Senate next year.
We need to be able to fight back against the millions that McCormick and the GOP are going to spend here, which will hinge on our ability to show the strength of this campaign heading into the Election Day.
