POLL: Majority of Alabama voters oppose Tuberville’s hold

58% of Alabama voters think that Tuberville has made his point and should allow the promotions to move forward

A few weeks ago Tommy Tuberville said that if the people of Alabama turned against him over his blockade of promotions, he might consider backing off.

Well, a poll of Alabama voters was just released. And the numbers might surprise you.

72% of Alabama voters think that military promotions should not be politicized.

55% of Alabama voters think that Tuberville's hold is harming our national security.

And 58% of Alabama voters think that Tuberville has made his point and should allow the promotions to move forward.

This isn't a national poll. This isn't just Veterans. This is from ruby red Alabama, Tuberville's home turf. It is overwhelmingly a sample of Trump voters. And they oppose his blockade.
