Every year, during the peak season, I and my team personally visit the top tea estates, including Margaret's Hope, Castleton, Goomtee and more, to procure the finest invoices for you. We supervise the plucking, taste the teas ourselves along with the tea estate manager, pick the best from the lot and bring them straight to you. |
The entire process takes us at least one week, and once we are confident, we purchase the invoices instead of waiting for samples to reach us. This ensures you get to taste these marvels while they're still fresh. For me, the entire process is meticulous yet genuinely pleasurable.
