This Proof of Coverage confirms that your AppleCare+ plan is a monthly policy that you pay for each month. You acknowledge and agree that your AppleCare+ coverage will automatically continue month-to-month until cancelled, as long as you continue to make monthly payments. If you stop making monthly payments, your coverage will be cancelled and cannot be reactivated. You have access to 24/7 priority technical support, additional hardware service options, and coverage for unlimited incidents of accidental damage from handling, each subject to a service fee of $29 for screen or back glass damage, or $99 for other accidental damage, plus applicable tax.
