When will I get my items?

The shipping estimates above tell you when your items are expected to arrive. As each item leaves our warehouse, we'll email you with delivery and tracking information.
Ordered more than one item? You'll get a separate email as each item ships. There are no additional shipping fees for these items.

How do I view or change my order?

Visit online Order Status to view the most up-to-date status and make changes to your order. To learn more about shipping, changing your order, or returns, please visit online Help.
You can also call Apple Support at 800-692-7753 Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Pacific time.

How do trade-ins work?

When you trade in an old iPhone to buy a new one, a credit is applied at the time of purchase. That credit is based on the condition of your trade-in.
Send us the device within the appropriate time frame, and its condition will be verified. If the condition doesn't match your description, a revised instant trade-in credit offer will be sent to you via email.
This revised credit will change your total trade-in credit. It can also change your monthly device payments, require a charge to your payment card, or result in a partial refund.
If you accept this revised credit, the trade-in will continue and your payments will be adjusted. The difference in your instant trade-in credit will be charged to the card you provided or refunded on an Apple Gift Card.
If you reject this revised credit, the trade-in will be cancelled, your old device will be returned, the amount of your original instant trade-in credit will be charged to your card, and you will not receive the promotional bill credit from Verizon.

How does additional trade-in credit work?

Your total trade-in credit includes both an instant credit and bill credits that will begin to be applied to your Verizon wireless bill after one to two billing cycles. If you have questions about your billing, contact your carrier.

If I've given AppleCare+ coverage as a gift, how will I be billed?

You will be charged in full or on a recurring basis (depending on the method you chose) when the device ships. If recurring, you will be charged for the duration of service, unless the recipient takes over the recurring payments.
You can also call a Specialist at 1-800-MY-APPLE Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pacific time. Please have your order number available.

How long do I have to send in my trade-in device if I am sending it back by mail?

Once you receive the trade-in kit, you have 14 days to prepare and send in your device. If you added a trade-in to an iPhone order, you may receive the kit along with your new device. Otherwise, it will be mailed to you separately as soon as your new product is ready for delivery or pickup.
