I hope this note finds you in the best of health and prosperity.
Last year my wife surprised me with a gift of sampler tea packets from your company. Being from India, and an alleged know-it-all on all things pertaining to India, I was skeptical. After all, how could any commercial company replicate the goodness of tea experienced in India, certainly not my mom's tea?
After trying the various (Black Tea) samplers from the gift pack, I am now a believer in your products - my 2 favorite kinds are Earl Grey and Turmeric.
Bala, the care and love you put into your products is very evident in the freshness and aroma that spreads in the air long after the tea has been consumed. And while it still isn't as good as my mom's tea (nothing ever is), every sip of your tea does stir up memories of my time together with my family in India (I'm based in the US).
I was even more moved to learn that you named the company after your father (Madhav - spelled backward). I'm sure he is proud of you for not only carrying the family legacy but keeping the integrity of the product intact while delighting new consumers like me.
I wish you great success in life and want to end on a note of sincere appreciation for creating such an impression on mine.
