| When will I get my ring? |
| With standard shipping, Oura Ring will arrive within 2-5 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. If you chose Expedited Shipping (US, EU, and UK only), your ring will arrive within 1-3 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation email from us. |

| What is Oura's return and exchange policy? |
| You may return or exchange your fully functional and undamaged Oura Ring for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your original order (i.e., the day you receive your ring in the mail) for a refund or exchange.
