This entire election is going to be decided right here in Pennsylvania. That's why Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are in Philadelphia tonight for their first presidential debate.
But let's be clear: my friend Bob Casey's Senate race will be very close. The polls are tightening, and last week, CNN reported that Bob is tied with his opponent for the first time.
Republicans are doing everything in their power to turn our Commonwealth red, including spending $100 million to prop up Bob's mega-millionaire opponent.
It's a dead heat here in Pennsylvania — and we need all hands on deck right now to elect Kamala Harris as our first woman president, send Bob Casey back to Washington, and make sure Democrats win up and down the ballot in November.
