Return Bob Ross’s Name

Faith — Bob Ross was an iconic American painter and artist – but his family does not own the rights to his name. Favmist writes, "the company today is worth 21 million dollars. His son has not received any compensation or the ability to use his own name." Join the call to return Bob Ross's name and likeness to his son, "as he intended."

Bob Ross was an Iconic American painter and artist. The Kowalski family through alleged intimidation and legal harassment acquired the rights to his name and likeness removing his own child from his fathers legacy.

Every paint brush, paint tube, canvas, painting class, even the infamous chia pet goes to the Kowalski's pocket. If it has Bob Ross branded on it that money goes to Bob Ross Inc. Current CEO Joan Kowalski.

According to online sources the company today is worth 21 million dollars. To date His son has not received any compensation or the ability to use his own name in projects and artistry. The Kowalski's continue to profit off of Bob Ross, who was a man of great spiritual kindness to strangers.

This is a classic example of unscrupulous people taking advantage of those who can't defend themselves. It is a corporation filling the pockets of strangers and not the man's family...allegedly

(I figure if I write allegedly enough the Bob Ross Inc. won't sue me)
